At PawsMagics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Personalized or final-sale items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@pawsmagics.com to request a return.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).
Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- For defective or damaged items, Pawmoon will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
